Let's Reconnect in 2017

Hi, Michael Unis here. I wanted to take a moment to reconnect. I know it may have been awhile. In the past, you were considering purchasing or selling a home. I just wanted to check in and see if this is a priority for 2017.

Right now, it's a great time to sell because it's a bit tight out there and buyers are still on the hunt for that perfect home. However, it's also a good time to buy because some hidden gems are being overlooked.

Whatever your plans, I'd love to reconnect. Oh, and of course, from our family to yours, Happy Holidays in the weeks ahead!

From Our New Family to Yours

Thank You for Being My Client!

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, meaning it’s time to say “thank you” to the people in our lives who’ve helped us in some way.

Since I work by referral, your business and referrals are essential to my continued success. Remember I'm always here to serve you, whether you have questions about your home's current value, or need a referral to a reputable roofer.

How We Used the Internet to Find a Home

Recently, Alexis and I considered a move to be closer to family and to provide more space for our growing family. Just like the majority of buyers our search began on the Internet as our first step in the home buying process. Whether we were searching listings or using a mortgage calculator, one thing was clear: the Internet is a powerful source of information. Below is information that helped us harness the power of the Internet in our home search and we hope either you or your family and friends will find this of use as well.
